1. Data controller

The data controller is Tecnico Pro Service, contactable at info@tecnicoproservice.it.

2. Data processed

The contact form may collect: full name, company/business, email address, optional phone number, requested service, technical information about the IT environment and the content of the message. Minimal technical data may also be processed where necessary for security and to prevent automated submissions.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed only to assess the request, respond to the user, prepare a possible quotation and take pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

4. Provision of data

Fields marked with * are required to handle the request. The phone number and fields identified as optional may be omitted.

5. Processing and recipients

Data is processed electronically and may be stored by the website hosting provider and transmitted through the email service used by Tecnico Pro Service. Technical providers strictly necessary to provide these services may process the data. Data is not sold or used for unsolicited marketing communications.

6. Retention

Requests are retained for as long as needed to handle them and, if no contractual relationship follows, generally for no longer than 12 months, unless longer retention is needed to protect legal rights or comply with legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Requests may be sent to info@tecnicoproservice.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

8. Automated decision-making

Data submitted through the form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
